Package Cost Excludes:

• Any airfare/bus fare/train fare/visa fee other than mentioned in the inclusions.
• Any meals other than those mentioned in the inclusions.
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

• The above rates are based on the normal season. To book any package, please reconfirm the price as a surcharge may occur during peak seasons.
• Please be informed that 12 years of age or older shall be considered as an adult.
• Standard check-in is at 14:00/15:00 HRS and check-out is at 11:00/12:00 HRS at the hotel.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
• Midnight charges apply for transfers between 22:00 HRS - 06:00 HRS (USD 15 per way).

Singapore:

• Kindly note that most attractions require pre-booking a time slot as they are not open regularly. Availability will be subject to the time of payment received, and the itinerary will be fixed according to the attraction's operating hours and availability

Malaysia:

• Starting from 1st January 2023, the Tourism Tax on foreign tourists staying at registered premises will be re-imposed.
• Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night will be collected upon check-in for all foreign tourists staying at a registered hotel.
