*Ferry ticket from LANGKAWI to PENANG or PENANG to LANGKAWI is chargeable for infant. This ferry ticket is to be paid directly by the parent as no fee is charged for the infant in package.

*Both LANGKAWI & PENANG hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of RM3.00-RM10.00 per room night of stay and will be collected by the hotel upon check in

*For reservations made less than 14 days from date of arrival, any cancellation made will be subject to penalty charge. During the peak period, cancellation period will be extended up to 30 days before arrival date. Please refer dateline given by us to re-confirm booking.

*Once the reservation has been guaranteed or reconfirmed, any cancellation made will be subject to penalty charge
