Arrive in Kathmandu - upon arrival our airport representative will meet, assist and transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink at hotel and proceed for briefing regarding the program. After breakfast and early morning activities proceed for full-day sightseeing tours. Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City, Swayambhunath Stupa, Jal Narayan(Sleeping Vishnu), Narayanhiti Royal palace museum, Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu. Kathmandu City: The heart of Nepal, Kathmandu City is a vibrant blend of ancient traditions and modern life. Its bustling streets are lined with intricately designed temples, markets, and historical sites. The Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the city with its palaces, courtyards, and temples. Swayambhunath Stupa: Often referred to as the "Monkey Temple," Swayambhunath is an ancient stupa perched atop a hill. The gleaming white dome is adorned with the watchful eyes of Buddha, symbolizing enlightenment and wisdom. From here, one can enjoy panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. Jal Narayan (Sleeping Vishnu): This sacred site features a colossal statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on a bed of serpents, floating on a cosmic ocean. Carved from a single stone, it is a remarkable example of ancient craftsmanship and Hindu devotion. Narayanhiti Royal palace museum: The Narayanhiti Royal Palace Museum, located in Kathmandu, Nepal, was once the residence of the Shah dynasty monarchy. It gained global attention after a tragic event in 2001. Following Nepal's shift to a federal democratic republic, the palace was converted into a museum in 2008. It showcased royal artifacts and offered insights into Nepal's cultural heritage. Bouddhanath Stupa: As one of the largest stupas in the world, Boudhnath is a hub of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The towering white dome is adorned with colorful prayer flags, and the area is surrounded by monasteries and shops selling religious artifacts. Pilgrims and tourists alike circumambulate the stupa, spinning prayer wheels and offering their devotion. Pashupatinath Temple: This revered Hindu temple complex is located along the banks of the sacred Bagmati River. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva in his manifestation as Pashupati, the Lord of Animals. The temple's intricate architecture and the rituals performed here provide a deep insight into Hindu spirituality and funeral practices.

A vaccination Card with a QR code is compulsory for Visiting Nepal.
All passengers must carry a valid passport or voting card any 1 Children under 16 years Travelling to Nepal need an original Birth certificate & School Identify Card (both) in Hard copy format. Adhar's card is not a valid document for traveling to Nepal. Carrying INR 500 and above notes is a punishable offence in Nepal suggest bringing 100 & below Notes. The vehicle is Air-conditioned but due to the offroad, and uphill roads, some areas’ A/C will be low or off. The vehicle follows the mentioned itinerary if any sightseeing needs to be changed or added to the Sport additional charge is applied with instant information to the guest or team leader. Rates are valid till 30th September 2024 only. Any additional expenses incurred due to flight cancellation or delay, natural disaster, etc., must be paid directly by the tourist. All rates and bookings are subject to availability and change. Tour confirmation is only on receipt of 50% advance payment and operates after full payment before Arrival.
In case of exceptional circumstances where we are unable to provide the mentioned hotel, a similar hotel will be offered. Visit to all museums in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority. Bank Charge while Transferring the Amount to our Nepal Bank Account are Excluded from our mentioned costing. A single pax traveling surcharge is applicable. This quotation does not guarantee any accommodation availability. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirmation.
If the proposed plan includes any Flight, Helicopter, Abhishek puja, Transfers, Permits, Adventure Activities, etc then the cancellation and rescheduling will be processed as per their terms and conditions. Reschedule before 15 days of arrival: 10% of the package cost or INR 7000 whichever is on the higher side will be charged extra along with the fee if applicable as per the above point. Reschedule between 15 to 7 days of arrival: 20% of the package cost or INR 11500 whichever is on the higher side will be charged extra along with the fee if applicable as per the first point. Reschedule between 7 to 4 days of arrival: 40% of the package cost or INR 12000 whichever is on the higher side will be charged extra along with the fee if applicable as per first point. Reschedule within 4 days of the arrival: No deposit refund will be made. The guest needs to repay the deposit again. On rescheduling the trip the updated cost according to the new arrival dates will be applicable. In case of rescheduling the validity of the paid amount will be a maximum of 180 days which means you need to travel with us within the next 180 days. If fail to complete the tour before 180 days the paid deposit or full amount will automatically lapse and will not be refunded. Cancellation up to 30 days of arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus the fee if applicable as per point no. 1 mentioned above. Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days of arrival: 25% of the deposit will be refunded minus the fee if applicable as per point no. 1 mentioned above. Cancellation less than 14 days of arrival: No refund of deposit or full payment will be made. Cancellation on or after the starting date: No refund of deposit or full payment will be made. Within 7 days of arrival or during the tour if any cancellation or no-show of the group member happens the full invoice value needs to be paid with no deduction in the invoice value.
