Supplement cost :

• Nathula pass : Rs.5000.00 per car on the day of Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Monday & Tuesday closed).
• Note : Nathu La Pass is always with Extra Cost and conditional too. Nathu La Pass visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for - Nathu La Pass once booked the amount is not refunded even if the Nathu La Pass trip gets cancelled.

According to the Sikkim Govt. Policy vehicles like Bus or Tempo Traveler or Sumo or Bolero or Maxx or Small Car are not allowed to enter Gangtok city. So this type of vehicle pick & drop only from Gangtok Taxi Stand, Pelling Stand & North Sikkim Taxi stand. Stand to Hotel pick & drop cost approx. Rs. 200/- per vehicle (4 seater) Not included in package.

PLEASE NOTE :

· Rates valid for Indian Nationals only.

· Must follow the SOP provided by the State Government.

· Rate is assuming Full occupancy of Hotel & Car.

· Rate is assuming No RT-PCR Negative Report require for Driver and Odd - Even Car Service will not be applied.

· Please carry valid photo Id proof (Voter Card / Passport) & 02 copies of passport size Photos.

· During tour prior mentioned Hotel/Resort/Homestay may be changed/altered due to several non-avoidable circumstances & can be provided another Hotel/Resort/Home stay in the same or upgraded category.

· No Refund will be applicable if the Government imposes further Lockdown. In that case Package will be rescheduled only.

· Rooms/Vehicle are subject to availability & are not on hold.

· Cancellation charges as applicable.

· Cancellation will be applicable only by Email or Written Letter.

· Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.

· Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

· Due to natural calamity, Strike, Bandh, Political disturbance, if the Tour is cancelled, Guests have to pay 30% of the Tour price as compensation.

• After 10yrs 100% full charge

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• 30 Days before arrival, 25% of total booking amount treated as cancellation charge.
• 16 days before arrival, 50% of total booking amount treated as cancellation charge.
• 7-15 days before arrival, 75% of total booking amount treated as cancellation charge.
• 7days before arrival, 100% of total booking amount treated as cancellation charge.

4. Transportation will be provided as per itinerary only. Any additional service will be on extra cost.

5. Travel insurance is not included.

6. In case of AC car, AC will not be run on the hills, AC will be available in plain land only.

7. Duration of sightseen mentioned at itinerary is approximate.

8. If any sightseen point closed on that day, no farther extra point can be added in lieu of that.

9. All prices may chance subject to extraordinary market hike.

10. Visit to sightseeing point subject to road condition and accessible to vehicle.

11. If any natural Calamity, War, Civil Disturbance, Strike, Bandhs etc. No refund can be claimed.

12. Once the tour is booked, addition or alteration of service will be subject to availability & additional charge.

13. Foreigners are not allowed at Nathulaa Pass & Gurudongmar Lake.

14. Foreigners are not allowed in other places in Sikkim wiyhout guide.

15. Guide charge will be payable.
